1. Added a new “Invoice with Payment” system report
We understand that you would like the outstanding balance of your invoice to be displayed after a customer makes a partial payment, so they are aware of the outstanding amount due. Yes, here it is!
On 23/5/2025, you issued an invoice for RM1,000 to Flower Sdn Bhd. On the same day, Flower Sdn Bhd made a partial payment of RM100. On 26/5/2025, they made another payment of RM200, leaving an outstanding balance of RM700.
Step 1: You create an invoice amounted to RM1000
Step 2: Then at invoice entry, you keyed in ‘RM100’ under ‘Deposit Payment Amount’
Step 3: On 26/5/2025, you keyed in RM200 at Receipt Voucher under ’Cash Book Entry’
Step 4: Click ‘Print’ and choose ‘Invoice with Payment’
The invoice will include the dates, amounts, and outstanding balances, making it easy for both you and your customers to see what is still owed.
The new release is available on 22 May 2025. That’s it about it today!
