In this page you can key in your closing stock value for each month. This function is only applicable if you are running Periodic Inventory System.
*If you are running livestock balance or perpetual inventory system, you do not need to use this function.
To access Periodic Stock Value, click on the Account Book Setting > Periodic Stock Value.
1. To key in your closing stock for each month, make sure you had selected the correct fiscal year first.
2. After that you can key in the stock closing value for each month as shown in the grid.
3. To get your closing stock value, you can refer to Stock Balance report and capture the total cost at the grid footer.
*Please do not exclude any Stock or Location when generating Stock Balance or else the result might not be accurate.
