Question:

When I try to create document dated 01/01/2022, system prompted message “Valid document date is between 01/01/2021 and 31/12/2021". Why?




Possible Reason:

You haven’t created fiscal year for 2022.

 


Solution:

1) Click on Account Book icon > Fiscal Year





2) Point your mouse cursor on the “+New” button. A drop down will be shown for you and click on “New Next Fiscal Year”.





3) Make sure the end date is correct and click on Save.






New fiscal year is created, and you can proceed to create transactions for such period. 





Remark:  

All document date must be on or after Actual Data Start Date.
