Question:
When view profit and loss by document, why does service product and non-inventory product show zero local total cost?
Possible Reason:
You did not key in the cost in Invoice.
Solution:
1) Edit your Invoice, click on Column Chooser icon and drag out the Cost column.
2) Key in the cost amount and click on “Save”.
3) Inquiry again the Profit & Loss of document report. The local total cost is shown.
