This guideline will show you how to subscribe and make payment for existing account book.

1. Go to Cloud Accounting Dashboard

2. On top right, click  ‘Switch Company’.

3. Click the 'setting' icon on the Account Book you want to make payment.

4. Click ‘Subscribe’.

5. Choose your Service Plan and Duration.

6. Review and Click ‘Confirm’.

7. Click ‘Make Payment’ and you will be redirected to subscription portal.

8. Subscription portal is a place for manage your subscription. You can make payment under ‘Payment Advice’ by clicking ‘Pay’.

9. Choose your payment method and click ‘Pay’.

10. Please follow on-screen page to make payment.

11. After making payment successfully, you can download the invoice under ‘Invoices’.

Payment completed.

In the event that you failed to make payment, the bill will be placed under ‘Payment Advice’ in the subscription portal. Kindly wait for another 15 minutes to Pay or Void the payment.
