This guideline will show you how to pay a recurring bill to renew your subscription.


1. Login to AutoCount Cloud Accounting, click on the ‘Subscription Portal’.





2. Click ‘Payment’, you will see all the recurring bills under the ‘Unpaid Bill Items’. Tick the unpaid bill items you would like to pay for, and then ‘Proceed Payment’. Multi-select can be done if you wish to pay for all the unpaid bill items.





3. Double check the details and click ‘Save as Payment Advice and Pay’.





4. Select your preferred payment method and click ‘Pay’.





5. Please follow on-screen page to make payment.





6. After making payment successfully, you can download the invoice under ‘Invoices’.





Important Note:

 

If you are unable to see any bills in the Subscription Portal, ensure that you are logged in using the subscriber email address registered for the subscription.

 

Bills may not be visible if:

 

* You are signed in with a different email address.

* The signed-in user is not the subscription owner (subscriber).
