Question:
How do I show wording "F.O.C" for Unit Price or Subtotal if the amount is 0.00?
Answer:
You may set the expression that shows wording as ‘F.O.C’ when unit price is 0.00.
1) To design report, click on 'Print' and click on 'Design Report' button on the right side. Click on 'Design' at the report that you would like to amend.
2) In Design Report, click on Unit Price field (1) > click on Expressions icon (f) (2) on the right > click on ellipsis (…) at Text (3).
3) In Expression Editor, input Iif([UnitPrice]=0.00,'F.O.C',[UnitPrice]) , then click on Apply and OK.
You can do the same steps for Subtotal by input Iif([SubTotal]=0.00,'F.O.C',[SubTotal]) at Text field.
4) After done, click on the Menu on the top left and Save As and rename to new report as the original system report name is not allowed to amend and save.
You should be able to see your Unit Price and Subtotal showing "F.O.C" now.
