Question:
Why am I unable to save transaction if I chose customer or supplier in foreign currency? I am also unable to create new customer or supplier in foreign currency. There is a message “You are not allowed to select foreign currency in the current Service Plan” upon Save.
Possible Reason:
Your subscribed Service Plan does not entitle for Multi-Currency module.
* Only PLUS, PRO or ACCOUNTANT Plan entitles for Multi-Currency module
The foreign currency in Currency Maintenance you have created in earlier plan will not work as now you have changed to LITE or BASIC plan.
Solution:
If you wish to create account or transaction in foreign currency, you need to subscribe to the plan with Multi-Currency module.
Else you need to redefine currency for customer / supplier to Home Currency.
