So you have a list of invoices which haven’t been submitted as standard e-Invoice, it is time for consolidated e-Invoice!


This guide will walk you through how to consolidate all your invoices - with just a few clicks.


 

1. First step, go to ‘Consolidated e-Invoice’, and click on New.





2. Select the date range of Invoices which you would like to consolidate, and click ‘OK’.





3. All the invoices will be consolidated into one (1) consolidated Invoice. You may click the ‘View’ button to preview the Consolidated e-Invoice before clicking ‘Create’.





4. This is the Preview, the invoices have been grouped into a single line, and the Classification code has been updated to 004 (004 is the Classification code for Consolidated e-Invoice). You can click on the invoices and see drill down of it.





5. Close the preview, now you can click ‘Create’ and you will be prompted for confirmation, click ‘Yes’.




6. You are done creating your consolidated e-Invoice, you may view the status of the e-Invoice. If you don’t see it, kindly click the Column Chooser (circled in blue) to drag out the column.





In the situation if the Consolidated e-Invoice fails to be validated, you can click ‘View Details’ to see the error message. There is also a ‘Refresh’ & ‘Stop Retry’ button.

To stop the e-Invoice submission, it allows you to edit or delete the Consolidated e-Invoice. Allowed for re-submission.
