Question:

Why when I preview or print my report after adding a Note, it shows weird wording like <div> instead of normal text?

Possible Reason:

The Note field was added without using Rich Text, or the expression was not properly assigned under Html Expression.

Solution:

1) Click on Note field and click on ‘X’ icon to delete it first.

2) Click, hold and drag out Rich Text from the left panel.

3) Go to Properties > under Rich Text Tasks > in Html Expression field, paste [Invoice.Note].

4) Save and try to preview again.
