Cloud Accounting : Error at row 19: Error: Trn. Date is invalid when import using Public Bank CSV File

Question:

I am trying to import transactions using Public Bank CSV file, but I receive the error message “Error at row 19: Trn. Date is invalid”. What should I do?

Possible Reason:

This happens because the CSV file downloaded from the Public Bank website contains additional header information at the top.

Solution:

Open the Public Bank CSV file and remove the extra information at the top of the file. Save the file after removing it.

Then try importing the CSV file again. It should import successfully.
