- Is there any upfront or initial cost other than the subscription fees?

- What are the available payment methods to subscribe to Cloud Accounting?
Payments are made through the subscription portal, with available methods including credit card, debit card, FPX, and e-wallet.
- Is there a contract for the subscription?
No long-term contract is required. You can subscribe on a monthly or annual basis based on your preference.
- Can I upgrade my plan anytime?
Yes, you can upgrade your plan at any time during your subscription. Once payment is completed, you will gain immediate access to all the features included in the upgraded plan.
- When will my next subscription bill be generated?
Your next bill will be generated 7 days before your subscription end date. Once the bill is issued, you may proceed with payment via the subscription portal.
- Can I renew my subscription earlier than 7 days before my subscription end date?
Yes, you may renew your subscription earlier than 7 days before the expiry date. Your renewed subscription period will start from the current subscription end date, ensuring no loss of remaining days. You can refer to the guide here for early renewal.
- What happens when my plan expires?
After your subscription expires, you will have 3 days of full access to AutoCount Cloud Accounting. Once the grace period ends, you won’t be able to create new transactions, and all existing documents will be read-only. To regain full access, please make payment to continue your subscription by visiting this helpfile here.
- My plan expired and now shows “Inactive”. What does this mean and how can I pay?
“Inactive” means your subscription payment has lapsed for more than one month, and your account book has been temporarily deactivated.

- My account book shows an error message “This company is blocked”. What does this mean and what can I do?
This message means the account book has not had an active subscription for more than one year and has been temporarily blocked. You may retrieve and access the account book in read-only mode by paying a RM100 data retrieval fee. For assistance, please contact your sales representative or email sales@autocountsoft.com
