Question:

When I preview Quotation, I can see the Validity and Delivery Term. Where can I key in or maintain these details when creating Quotation?

Answer:

1) To update the Validity and Delivery Term, edit the Quotation and click on Quotation Info (located under Payment Term).

2) Key in Validity and Delivery Term as needed, then click Close and proceed to Save.

3) You will be able to view the Validity and Delivery Term you when preview/print Quotation.
