Question: 

When I try to login AutoCount Cloud Accounting, error prompted “Authentication callback error. Error: exp is in the past:161213478”. Why?




Another kind of error “Authentication callback error. Error: iat is in the future: 1623313114”.




Possible Reason:

Your computer time zone did not set to (UTC + 08:00) Kuala Lumpur, Singapore or your computer clock is out of sync with the current time.




Solution:

1)    Go to Window search to search Date & time Settings.




2)    Set the Time zone as (UTC+08:00) Kuala Lumpur, Singapore and turn on the Set time automatically. Then click on Sync now.




3)    Re-login again, and you should able login into Cloud Accounting now.
