How can I assign layout to other users?

Question:

Is it possible to assign a different default layout for each user?

Cloud Accounting does not have the set user layout function. But the system will always remember the last loaded layout for each user.

1) You may create some layout and name it with an user’s name in it.

Invoice for Tan - Team B

Invoice for Lee - Team A

2) When Tan login using his email and go into Invoice, at first it will show standard layout, or default layout if there was default layout set.

3) Click on the layout setting button and select for the layout “Invoice for Tan – Team B”.

The layout is loaded.

The system will remember the last loaded layout and always load that layout for this user in his next attempt.
