How to print half page report in A4?

Question:

How do I print half page Payment Voucher in portrait format of A4?

Answer:

1) Select your report and click on OK to print, in preview mode, click on ‘Print’ icon.

2) In pop-up window, under Layout, select Landscape orientation.

3) Click on More Setting > Paper Size select A4.

4) At option Pages per sheet, select 2 pages per sheet. You can see the pre-printing outcome; it will be half page in portrait format. Now, you can proceed to Print.

Here is the print result.

*This setting is also able to be used for batch print when printing half page report.
