Question:
Where can I maintain signature for each user?
Answer:
1) Go to the Account Book icon > User.

2) Click Edit for desired User.

3) Under the Others tab, find the Signature section and click Browse.

4) Select the signature image you want to use, then click Open.

5) After the upload is complete, click Save.
